1. Move your phone out of reach and earshot.

2. Go outside.

3. Have a drink and something to eat.

4. Read a book.

5. Create something with your hands.

6. Listen to music.

7. Throw away old things.

8. Exercise.

9. Shower.

10. Have an early night.

Focus your attention on the task at hand; taking one thing at a time. Don't overload yourself. Appreciate anything and everything. Remember to pause - it's good for you.
